Weber Grilling Basket

This thing is great for grilling chopped vegetables or anything else that would otherwise be hard to keep from falling through the grate. The holes make sure they still get some char, but the metal also gives them some protection from the direct flames. I’ve used it for peppers, onions, zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, snap peas, and more—just put some oil on them, season them however you like, dump them in the basket, and push them around every once in a while until they’re done.
