Straight to Hell (1987)

Like anyone into movies in the late 1980s and early 1990s, I've seen OG cult classic Repo Man multiple times. Somehow I had never heard of this bonkers spaghetti western send-up from the same director—in which a group of inept criminals hides out in a desert town that turns out to be full of coffee-obsessed cowboy killers—until @Spines, Flicks, and Wax rec'd it today (thank you to her), and I literally fired it up on the Criterion Channel two minutes later. The cast of this thing includes, I kid you not, Joe Strummer, Courtney Love, Shane McGowan from the Pogues, Jim Jarmusch, Dennis Hopper, Grace Jones, and Elvis Costello.
