My favorite thing of theirs since American Idiot—this is Green Day deciding to make a dirty garage-rock record that mostly sounds nothing at all like Green Day, while also presenting music services with the question of whether they’re going to allow Motherfuckers to show up in the title (the answer: no, it’s either Father of All M***********s (Apple Music) or Father of All... (Spotify and YouTube)).
